HOUSING MARKET UPDATE

Thank you for your interest in a Kindred home. As you may be aware, there is unprecedented demand for housing in Texas. This demand has been driven by extremely low interest rates and many people relocating to Texas. The pandemic also increased interest for people to change their living situation. 

In addition to the demand, many builders have seen supply issues with numerous building materials, such as brick, insulation, windows, lumber, appliances, HVAC equipment, carpets, and tiles. 

The buyer demand coupled with supply issues has created a situation that we could never foresee.  We will be limiting our selling opportunities to best service buyers who have a signed contract and determine what the market holds for our supplies during the next few weeks—allowing us to ensure the successful completion of current contracts.

During this pause, we ask for your patience and understanding. We are creating VIP Wait Lists for each of our communities. Our sales team will monitor these waitlists, and we will keep our future buyers informed of any buying opportunities as they come up. 

We hope that this pause in new sales will not last long and that we can meet all of our buyer's needs. Our model homes and sales offices will be open Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM for current buyer appointments and tours.  ?Sales offices will be closed on Saturday and Sunday.
