Kindred Homes Realtor Program

At Kindred Homes, we understand the hard work and dedication it takes to be a successful realtor. That's why we are excited to introduce our new realtor program, designed to show appreciation towards our realtors and congratulate their successes.

Our program offers competitive commission rates and a bonus program that rewards you for your sales achievements. Let's take a closer look at the breakdown of our program:

Commission Rates

  • 3% commission paid on base price for to-be-built homes
  • 3% commission paid on final price for spec homes

Bonus Program

In addition to the competitive commission rates, we also offer a bonus program that gives you even more rewards for your sales success. The bonus program works on a tiered system, with each sale bringing you closer to higher bonuses. Here's how it works:

  • 1st Sale: 3% commission
  • 2nd Sale: 3% commission + $3,000 bonus
  • 3rd Sale: 3% commission + $6,000 bonus
  • And so forth.

The bonuses are paid based on the closing order of your sales. For example, if your first two sales were to-be-built homes and your third sale was a completed spec home, you would receive the 3% commission for the spec home closing and then also receive the applicable bonuses for all three sales.

It is the Realtor’s responsibility to redeem their bonus during the designated award period provided. Kindred Homes reserves the right to make changes or substitutions. All notices or other communications to Kindred Homes given in connection with or required hereunder must be delivered in writing to the New Home Consultant in the community the contract was written. *To be eligible for the Kindred Homes Realtor Rewards Program (a) the licensed Realtor must be an active/licensed realtor within the state of Texas, (b) obtain a signed contract (“Contract”) for a homebuyer (“Homebuyer”) to purchase a new Kindred Homes home between 01/01/2024-12/31/2024 (“ Promotion Period”), (c) the Homebuyer must close under the Contract during the Promotion Period and reasonable written evidence that closing under the Contract has occurred must be provided to Kindred Homes from the title company specified in the Contract, and (d) the Realtor must provide Kindred Homes with a completed IRS form W-9. The Realtor is required to instruct the applicable title company to notify Kindred Homes of the closing. The fixed designated award payments of $3,000 (2nd closing) or $6,000 (3rd closing and beyond), will be paid with funds provided by Kindred Homes, and payment will be disbursed at closing.
